At Blessed 24/7, every garment is designed with intention, crafted for quality, and made to be worn with confidence. We stand behind the excellence of our pieces and want you to feel the same from the moment you receive them.

If something isn't quite right, we'll guide you through a smooth and respectful return process—rooted in care, clarity, and integrity.

📦 Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Please note: Custom or personalised garments, and final sale items, cannot be returned

🚫 Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If an exception is granted:

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage
  • If the order received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund to cover carrier fees and handling

🔁 Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour if stock is available. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage
  • A new shipping fee may apply for the replacement item
  • We may waive this fee at our discretion as a gesture of grace

💳 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping costs (including express upgrades) are non-refundable
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare instance you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@blessed247.com.au
  • Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description
  • We'll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund

  2. Our team will provide your Return Authorisation and instructions
  3. Send the item using a trackable postal service and keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed
